1) Independent - completely biological purification unit RexWall P4
The ultra filtration membrane separates due to its definite size of pores
even finest particles up to colloids from the liquids physically. The
membrane keeps back those substances without changing them physically or
chemically. User friendly flat membranes made from organic polymers are used,
which in combination with the superior construction of the filter effectively
prevent blockages caused by hair, fibres or other unhygienic coarse material.
The aquired filtrate of the unit fulfils the high quality demands for bathing
water corresponding to directive 75/160/EEC of the Council of the European
Union. The ultra filtration membrane is an absolute barrier for bacteria and
virus. Smallest organic molecules, metal ions and also partly essential
dissolved salts can pass the ultra filtration membrane.
2) Land non switched - purification unit RexWall P8
This packaged sewage disposal unit incorporating cutting system is ideal
for use when handling wastewater from holiday homes, houseboats, temporary
toilets etc.
The cutting system enables waste water to bepumped over long distances
through narrow pressurepipes to the nearest gravity drain. The pressure pipes
are able to follow the undulations of the land. In many cases it can be shown
that waste water transportation is more cost-effective by small bore pressure
pipe than using standard gravity fed mains. The outboard cutter system
incorporated in the cutting units ensure efficient operation and negates the
possibility of blockages. The combination of RexWall P8 with the various
motors available allows the best possible selection to specific site
requirements.This means that even large distances can be covered with out
difficulty.
Control panels must be mounted in a dry atmosphereabove flood levels. The PE
tank has free accessible connections, an overheadcleaning eye and a height
adjustable clamp flange for 180 or 250 mm in let height. Additional
horizontal andvertical inlets increase the installation options as well as
the field of applications.
