The precisely tailored wall elements will be fitted using a very simple

Low Cost Housing / Advanced Helpdesk:
Double glazing: All windows are equipped with a removable double glazing. The single glass panels are arranged in a profile and form an effective insulation glass.
Air conditioning and heating system:
The fresh air will be intake through the air conditioning system on the roof,
which is powered by solar energy. An integrated battery collects this energy
to keep going the system during the night. This air is conducted by pipes
through the cool tank water and after it is cooled, it will be lead in the
living space. In case of very low temperatures, the principle functional
contrarily, which means that the air will be warmed by the tank water. For
cold regions, a heating system is integrated and energised by the external
gas bottle.
Using of rain water: The roof is prepared to collect rain water. The revolving profile leads the water down the pipe directly into the tank and no soft water is lost. The clarifications plant will get rid of the eventually contanimation from the roof.
Biological clarification plant: The biological clarification plant, which collects and treats the swage, is located under the house. The treatment occurs by a technology, especially developed for the Trojahouse. The plant is not needed. The water can be used for the graden. Water can be saved thanks to the especially developed waterless toilet.
